The purchases made on the website http://pepitango.com are regulated by these General Terms and by the Italian law regulating mail order sales.
According to art. 64 and s.s. of D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and according to the new regulations introduced by the D.Lgs. 21/2014, the client consumer (that is a physical person who purchases the merchandise for purposes not related to their professional activity, that is without indicating a “Partita IVA” – company tax ID code) has the right to recede from the contract of purchase for any reason and without giving explanations, upon the conditions hereby listed.
In order to exercise such right, the Client will have to send a communication expressing such will (by sending a letter either by mail or by e-mail) within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt/delivery of the merchandise to the following addresses: Pepi Tango, Piazza Massimo d’Azeglio, 11 Firenze or info@pepitango.com.
The period of right to withdrawal expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt/delivery of the merchandise. In order to respect the terms of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Client to send the communication relating to exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Effects of purchase withdrawal
Pepitango will reimburse the entire value of the order, or portion of it if the withdrawal is partial, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Client has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event he/she will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.
The shipping costs will not be refunded to the Client.
The necessary expenses to return the products objects of the withdrawal are in charge of the Client.
The Client is obliged to ship back the goods or to deliver them to PEPITANGO Piazza Massimo d’Azeglio, 11 – 50121 Firenze – ITALY without undue delays and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day he/she has communicated their withdrawal from the present contract. The term is respected if the Client ships back or delivers the goods before the deadline of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.
The refund is suspended until the receipt of the merchandise that will have to be returned to Pepitango in its original condition. The integrity of the item/s to be returned is the essential condition to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. Once verified the integrity of the returned Product PEPITANGO will reimburse the Client the entire amount paid according to the procedures hereby listed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
“Made to Order” Products or personalized in the color, fabric or style are exempted from the right of withdrawal.
